Workers have a right to a decent salary

If a person cannot be used as a means to an end, we cannot pay unfairly low wages and exploit a person to profit from their work. Moreover, human work is an exercise of human dignity and an endeavour to sustain livelihood. Thus, every worker should be paid enough for the worker and their dependants to have reasonable comfort and develop.
