How can we reduce the carbon footprint of catered food at events?
Events often leave a huge carbon footprint because of the excessive leftovers and the common use of disposables. Caritas Singapore provides consultation to event organisers on ways to minimise carbon footprint and mobilises volunteers to help wash reusable plates, bowls, and utensils used during events. This service is offered to Caritas member organisations and Catholic parishes that are catering food at events.
