Catholic Family Life assumes and integrates the operations of Family Life Society and the Archdiocesan Commission for the Family. Through our programmes and services, we will continue to promote the dignity of all individuals and families, to go forth and be visible signs of God’s love to the world, serving all just as the first missionaries did, regardless of race, language, and religion.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

  • Desire to make a difference to those callers in need.

Volunteer Requirements:

  • Half Day (4 hour) Weekly Weekday Commitment from 12:00 noon to 4:00pm
  • Possess own PC, preferably Windows 10 Operating System and pre-loaded with Microsoft Offices
  • Basic Working Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Dropbox
  • Good Communication Skills, both Verbal and Written
  • Effective Team Player
  • Friendly Disposition
  • Patient and Empathetic with Callers
  • Basic Working Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Dropbox

Frequency:

  • Able to commit half day (4 hour) weekly weekday from 12:00pm to 4:00pm to pick up calls and attend to enquiries.

Commitment period:

  • Minimum 12 months
