And the King will answer them, 'Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’ (Matthew 25:40)
The vulnerable are at the heart of Caritas Singapore. These members of our social mission family dedicate their cause to providing training and respite to family caregivers, supporting their socio-emotional needs through talks, support groups, and retreats.
The vulnerable are at the forefront of Caritas Singapore's mission, and we are dedicated to supporting those in need in our community. Our social mission family is comprised of individuals from member organisations who are passionate about improving the lives of others, and particularly those who are caring for loved ones. To support family caregivers, who often face significant physical, emotional, and financial challenges, we offer a range of training and respite programs. These programs provide family caregivers with the opportunity to take time for themselves, recharge their batteries, and gain new skills and knowledge. Support is also given to caregivers through a variety of activities, including talks, support groups, and retreats. These programs are designed to meet the socio-emotional needs of caregivers, helping them to feel supported, empowered, and valued. The Caritas Singapore family are committed to making a difference in the lives of those who are most in need, and we are proud to be a part of the wider social mission family.
