Ms Jacinta Rajoo, Committee Member of the Catholic AIDS Response Effort (CARE), joined the organisation in 2004. She was drawn to serve in a ministry that cared for those who were afflicted by HIV and also suffered stigma and discrimination from society.

Jacinta served two terms as President of CARE and has held several other roles within the executive committee to present day. She has seen the organization grow from a registered society under Catholic Welfare Services to one that achieved IPC status and is part of the CARITAS family of social service organisations.

In addition to serving at CARE, Jacinta is a catechist in her parish. Believing that serving God also means moving beyond the comforts of Singapore, she serves as Mission Leader, heading the mission to TAOM, Cambodia that is part of the A Call To Share (ACTS) missions.

Mr Moses Lee has held senior management roles for the past 16 years in the disability sector and is currently the Executive Director for Mamre Oaks Ltd. He is also a registered Psychologist (Singapore) and has co-authored publications both local and international.

Mr Anthony Soo is a member of the Roman Catholic Prison Ministry (RCPM) Executive Committee. He has volunteered with RCPM for the past 9 years.

Passionate about serving those on the margins of society and a strong advocator of Catholic Social Teaching (CST), he also volunteers at Catholic AIDs Response Effort (CARE) and Caritas Singapore’s Formation Committee. Anthony is retired and father of two adult sons. He is a parishioner and Communion Minister of the Church of St Francis Xavier.

Ms Han Yah Yee serves as Chief Purpose Officer at Montfort Care, bringing with her over 25 years of invaluable social work experience, notably in eldercare and child protection work.

Recognised for her excellence, she received the Outstanding Social Worker Award in 2010 and was appointed as a Master Social Worker in 2014.

Ever committed to collaboration, she continues to actively engage stakeholders to serve vulnerable populations, as well as to enrich community support and employee purpose through her diverse roles in committees and education.

Ms Micki Sim is an Associate Lead Social Worker at Montfort Care, bringing over a decade of experience in elderly care and mental health support.

Having graduated with a Master’s Degree in Gerontology from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Ms Micki's expertise spans from direct care to programme development relating to the elderly. Since 2013, she has been undergoing training by the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation to integrate mindfulness practices into her work.

Mr Noel Low is Vice President of the Society of St Vincent de Paul (SSVP) Singapore. As a member for the last 10 years with the conference at the Church of St Francis Xavier and with the National Council, he has organized and initiated various programmes to help those in need. These included the Mass for the Sick, the digitalisation programme, SSVP Shop etc.

His role in SSVP sees him actively involved in policy decisions, organisational design, external engagement and strategy development of the organisation. Noel is always looking for new and different ways to help those in need and ensuring SSVP stays relevant to its members and the communities we belong to.

Mr Damon Goh has been in non-profit and Social Services sector for the past 11 years. He specialised in in the areas of Learning & Development and Human Resources Management in the early years and eventually found his passion in Communications, Fundraising, and Partnership Development in the Social Services sector.

Mr Daniel Ng is a husband and father of two teenagers. He is the Principal Therapist at Catholic Family Life (CFL) and has over 20 years of experience in counselling and therapy.

He spent more than 13 years in KKH Women’s and Children’s Hospital providing clinical services to paediatric patients and their families.

In his current role at CFL, Daniel manages the daily operations and clinical standards of the counselling services. He manages a team of full-time therapists and associate therapists, while also providing clinical support and supervision to the team of pro-bono counsellors.

Mr Kitson Lee currently holds the role of Executive Director at IJ Homes and Children’s Centres. Alongside this, he serves as an Advisor to the Board of Kowabunga Global Pte Ltd, a recipient of the President's Challenge Social Enterprise Award 2021, Digital Philanthropy Ltd, and DesignThinkers Asia. In addition, Kitson contributes his expertise to the governance of Suncare SG (IPC-Charity), Silver Ribbon Singapore (IPC-Charity), and GEN Singapore.

Driven by a fervent belief in the foundational values of collaboration, compassion, and inclusivity, Kitson champions the idea that strong communities arise from collective effort. He actively engages in grassroots volunteering and holds a role as an appointed Town Councillor of the Pasir Ris-Punggol Town Council. Furthermore, Kitson contributes to the advancement of governance practices as a Professional member of the Singapore Institute of Directors, where he chairs its Workplace Wellness Network

Ms Audrey Joy Tan is Vice-President of Catholic Business Network (CBN).
She is also Co-Founder of PlayMoolah which brings financial wellbeing and actionable insights for a flourishing life. PlayMoolah works with more than 100,000 users in Universities, educational institutions and with corporates.

Audrey also pioneers Purposeled a network that tracks, funds and invest in impactful businesses. She was recognized as an Edmund Hillary Fellow that contributed to the global impact space.

She is a wife and mother to a miracle baby and worships at St Ignatius church.

Mr Lum Hon Fye is a Board Director at Caritas Singapore. He leads both the Care for Creation (C4C) and IT Committees. His previous contributions include a 7-year tenure as a board member of CHARIS.

After a distinguished career spanning over 35 years in high-level management positions across public and private sectors, Hon Fye has entered retirement.

His dedication to volunteer work and community service is profound. He has devoted many years to volunteering in Prisons and with the Ministry of Home Affairs. Recognized for his active involvement in grassroots initiatives, he received the Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (Public Service Medal) in 2015 and was honored with the appointment as Justice of the Peace (JP) by the President in 2018.

Dr. Maxine A. D. Mowe is a biology lecturer at the National University of Singapore (NUS) in the Department of Biological Sciences. With over 10 years of research experience in aquatic ecology, she has been teaching various biology and ecology courses for undergraduate students, including General Biology, Evolutionary Biology, Freshwater Biology, and Plankton Ecology. Additionally, she instructs several courses for MSc and PhD students, covering topics such as Freshwater Conservation, Food Security and Sustainability, and Internships.

Dr. Mowe actively contributes to the Care for Creation Committee (C4C) at Caritas Singapore since January 1, 2023. Collaborating with the committee, she has organized several Laudato Si’ activities for parishes and the Archdiocese, including beach clean-ups and tree planting. Recently, she participated in the IV Congress on the Care of Creation in Lisbon on August 31st.

Ms Caroline Seow is a member of the St Ignatius Green Movement, a ministry which seeks to raise awareness of Laudato Si’ and the need to take urgent action on the climate crisis. An advocate for social justice, she is also the Chair of Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) Singapore, a volunteer led organisation that accompanies, serves and advocates for refugees and all forcibly displaced. JRS operates in conflict zones, remote borders, and urban cities across 57 countries. JRS Singapore is focused on developing professional skills and providing livelihood opportunities for refugees and asylum seekers in our region.

Caroline is also co-founder of B Lab Singapore, the non-profit advancing stakeholder capitalism, and empowering businesses to use the power of entrepreneurship to benefit all people, communities and the planet. 

An advocate for purpose-driven businesses, she is also an Ambassador for the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership.
