Work is not a job and it is also not toil

Work is not a job. Many people work without having a job. Examples include caregiving and volunteering. Furthermore, work and toil should be distinguished. The pain and burden that come from doing work are not part of God's original plan. The Book of Genesis tells us that the sin of the first man and woman brought suffering into work.
